As a closet introvert myself I actually gravitate towards online - or shorter in person.

That said I AM a workshop facilitator so I can do multi day offsite but it takes me a Long time to recover :) I need to decompress.

Question:Given that we’re here with Miro…Can you comment on the uniqueness of groups thinking in the modality of visual thinking vs, kinematically, narratively?Not just the difference between in-person and remote, but (the type of meeting that is currently happening) … the difference between “zoom” and “zoom + Miro”What is this format/modality enabling uniquely?

@Gladys - this is why I love tools like Butter which has a Miro integration so you’re not watching one screen share and working somewhere else. I have found this creates more of a wholistic experience for the group.

I often hear about Miro as a background to 1 Meeting. What I find fascinating is how Miro creates evolving work PLACES for teams. Instead of a whiteboard, I encourage people to think about Miro as the office.

Rituals are such an important piece to brand + culture :)

Not just work events spaces. But ‘places’ that can anchor cultural and social-spatial memory
